Shortlllist

Terms of Service

The ground rules, in plain language.

What Shortlllist is

Shortlllist is a place to review albums, tag contenders through the year, and publish a ranked year-end list alongside people you follow.

It's young software in active development. Features may change, move, or occasionally break, and we can't rule out losing data while things are early — publish your list, but keep your masterpieces backed up somewhere too.

Your account

You need an account to post, and you're responsible for what happens on yours. Keep access to your sign-in email secure.

Your content

Your reviews, lists, and everything else you write belong to you. By publishing on Shortlllist you let us display that content in the product — in feeds, on album pages, and in aggregate rankings built from everyone's lists.

Album titles, artists, and artwork are provided by the Spotify and Deezer catalogs and belong to their respective owners.

Ground rules

Be a decent person: no harassment, impersonation, spam, scraping, or unlawful content. We can remove content or accounts that break these rules — with a warning when that's fair, immediately when it isn't.

The legal bits

Shortlllist is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we're not liable for damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these terms as the product evolves; meaningful changes will be noted here with a new date.
